Sam779 Posted August 12, 2009 Share Posted August 12, 2009 I bought a ticket for a friend of mine for the Barnsley game, who sadly on the day couldn't make it.So last night I went in he megastore and tried to exchange it for a Sflaphorpe ticket. They said that they could not refund tickets after the event had taken place. Thought that was a little unfair. What happens to be people who are unwell on the day of the game, or perhaps break down on the way to the match etc? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
DeeJayOne Posted August 12, 2009 Share Posted August 12, 2009 That's the case with all tickets for all events (concerts, shows, etc).Usually you can get a refund up to 24 hours BEFORE the event, but can't do anything beyond that.
