  1. Joao does not seem to have the grit needed for the English game. Just not phyiscal enough for me. Either sell or loan out.
  2. He'll be like a new signing, but am I right in that we went through our worst run when he was in midfield?
  3. We were no where near good enough all season for automatic, this is delusional. Even in games we won, we hardly dominated. I realised in numerous games we did not have the midfield to control games and dictate play, Burton, Wolves and Rotherham at home were the most obvious. Some games we really rode our luck and TBH the way we played all season, I am amazed we finished 4th because I though we played with less fluidity and style than last season. It was hardly helped by having Lee and Abdi out injured all season. Even if we had won that Brighton match, we were too inconsistent, you need to win 2/3 of your games.
  4. Undisclosed transfer. http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11095/9401384/football-sheffield-wednesday-have-signed-defender-tom-lees-from-leeds-united-on-a-three-year-deal
  5. I was stood in the away end, it's an all standing stand. Joao's miss was awful. He had the whole goal and only had to poke it in from 2 yards. He was at a stretch, moving quickly and under pressure, but all he had to do was prod it forward. He incredibly manged to prod it upwards and over.
  6. Someone should write to football league about all those empty seats. Abysma l
  7. Only tickets available on the Kop now.Ticket Office said 'only a few left'. Just used my season tickets to buy a pair for friends. I'm popular all of a sudden! Might get to Monday, but doubt there will be enough to satisfy demand. Good Luck!
  8. Nuhiu will start up front with Forestieri. Joao will be on the bench. Apart from that unchanged from Tuesday, but think taking Lee or Wallace out and putting McGugan in would add a little spark.
  9. Sam Hutchinson is out of contract next summer, surely he should be getting a new deal like Westwood and Lees? I think the reason Lee and Bannan play so well is because he's a monster in midfield, he's definitely a class above. Is he seeing out his deal to move to the prem or are we still worried about his knees?
  10. As per title. Happy to have them emailed, or meet at the ground. PM me if you have some to sell. Thanks!
  11. Birmingham City. Even at Leeds, Sheff U etc I have not been spat on and bottled by other fans. Why they had home fans in the top tier I don't know. If all their fans got deadly uncontrollable dysentry I would be happy.
  12. I watched Lee Cook a lot when he was at QPR first time round (best mate supported QPR), he was amazing. He went to Fulham but broke his leg. When he went back to QPR on loan he was a different player and was complete t0ss, lost his legs. Shame really, may have caught fitness back at Leighton Orient, but he's the wrong side of 30 now. Don't think would be anything more than a squad player. Doubt he would move out of London.
