    Like CP but he is chatting nonsense. Bannan didn't struggle in Championship plus comparing players from different eras is a pointless conversation. Carlton was great for us. Bannan was/is great for us.

    Great thread asking the top 3 Wednesday players with the usual suspects being mentioned and rightly so. HOWEVER, it got me thinking... I wondered what people's answers would be for their top 3 players since the turn of the millennium?

    Personally, should funds allowed it, most of areas in the squad needs freshening. Dependant on who out of the contract offered players sign, will play a big part. Strikers and defence look like the key positions.

    Hutch should be held in similar regards to Semedo and Reda. I do feel the time was right to let him go, they wouldn't let him go without recruitment team having real potential to bring to the squad.

    Agreed, can’t let this drag on and miss out on potential replacements. Majority of our business needs to be done early for a productive pre-season.

    We do need a character like Flint at the back for a serious promotion push. Probably wrong age now but Dean would be perfect if we are adding youth to the team to lead.

    Actually saw Eaves play this season when I went to Hull and looked poor. Would be an underwhelming signing.
