  1. People need to remember why fences were put up in the first place. The authorities and clubs didn’t spend all that money for a laugh. I’ll never forget the cup final a few weeks after Hillsborough demon when scouse fans invaded the pitch. We don’t want a return to that.
  2. I think, on balance, I would rather be in their financial position than ours.
  3. To paraphrase Al Murray’s Pub Landlord sketch about Scottish independence. “You can have independence and good luck to you, but there one condition” ”You have to take the scousers with you”
  4. My dad was a season ticket holder in the North but I can’t remember him ever saying we played well…….”rubbish” And I come from the Cross where everyone supported Wednesday
  5. We were struggling to get the ball through their lines in the middle and it was crying out for someone to carry the ball 20 yards forwards. I was surprised he wasn’t an option on the bench especially as he came on against MKD.
  6. I did based on his track record at the time. Despite the snidey implication of the post, no one knows what he would’ve done with the resources at Moores disposal. He may have got us promoted, or like the current manager, he may not
  7. Nothing we will do will satisfy the current SAG mob so spend any money we have for ground improvements on tarting up what we already have.
  8. I think I would probably go with the view of a manager with donkeys years experience about the quality of the playing surface and Pulis fits that bill.
  9. I don’t want to hear anything from him other than maybe goodbye, and thanks for the fish.
  10. Possibly because it’s usually ridiculous
  11. A truly great CB and leader. I will never forget in the warmup away at Charlton where they were giving him some headers around the 6 yard box and he was heading them to the halfway line. He was doing it over and over again before the match even started. They weren’t the beach balls they have today either.
  12. Well, he did last year and we nearly got there so I expect him to do it again.
