  1. Trevor, Apologies if you're not the right person this is associated with but I'm sure you'll know who is. I know that all flags need a fire certificate to be allowed in the ground, but as no supporters are coming into the ground can we be allowed to bring flags into the ground even if they haven't got a fire certificate on the days leading up to the next home fixture and to keep them there until the end of the season? I'm sure this will make Hillsborough look better than it did with just a few carborad cut outs (do they have a fire certificate) against NFFC.
  2. The crush to get the Football Special bus back to town. The smell of fags and matches. Walking through the middle tunnel on the Leppings lane end to be greeted by a vast football stadium

  5. He said he was ok about 2 minutes after coming off ( view from Director's Bob)
  6. Personally I think we won't appoint anyone until either we go on a bad run or at least 10 games into the season purely based on the fact that now that the 3 Steve's have left we are saving 100k a week in wages which can only help our FFP situation..............crafty DC
  7. I thought it didn't work, LP was getting exposes at times so LJ had to drop deep to help out which meant SF hadn't any support when we regained possession

  13. As I remember: You walked round the ground thinking "wow we've brought loads" only to be greeted by a steward letting you in the away pen, and therefore realising you'd just walked past all there lot Coppers flushing out all the Chelsea fans out of every side street on the way back to the coach station There was a great photo of Steve Francis clutching at thin air at Gary Bannister's shot in the next home programme We played Chelsea, West Ham and Newcastle all away in December of that month

  15. Flags and not Just a Flag Day Why don’t we allow supporters to spread their flags all over the Leppings Lane end of the ground to cover up the seats at every home match? Each supporter, irrelevant of which part of the ground they sit is to be issued with a pass on a lanyard to allow them to walk around the pitch to put their flag up before the match and take it down after. If you don’t want to take you flag home or to away matches why can’t they be stored at Hillsborough and be put out by the ball boys leading up to kick off? I hear all the time that you need a fire certifi
  16. I also listened to Talksport and I thought he said "if Forestieri was looking to leave after today's game then that performance wouldn't have interested anyone"
  17. A combination of updating my LinkedIn profile and waiting for the season to start I thought I'd look to see how many people are linked to SWFC on LinkedIn. Some I know are on here already but I reckon there's around 777 people who work or have worked at SWFC. Below is a list of just a few ex-players and what they are up to now: Arron Jameson, Civils Sales Executive at Markovitz Civils Dennis Leman, Community Liaison Executive at PFA Steve Watson, Co-Founder of ProSportApps Sean McAllister, Football Player at Grimsby Town Football Club, UEFA B coachin
