Just as a quick introduction... I work in the SWFC Marketing Team looking after the brand, design/advertising as well as the Online Shop.
We're currently reviewing the existing Online Shop and ticketing at www.swfc.co.uk/shop and are looking to improve the user experience
so fans find it easier to buy tickets, gifts from the shop etc.
We'd like to get as much feedback as possible from the fans using the site, so we can look at making improvements with priority given to key items.
Perhaps you've had a bad experience, just got lost finding your way around the site or not understood what to do. Or maybe there are some things you
really like, and wouldn't want to lose?
It doesn't have to be an essay, but just some bullet points with a brief explanation would be great.
