Jos still nowhere near our worst manager

Not sure whether to celebrate wearing you down to that point or be embarrassed by it - it was never my intention! Think many of us would be happy with that but game by game the reality becomes clearer that it isn't likely to happen. Your stats include cup games, take away the wins against Carlisle, Sunderland and Reading reserves and Jos's record makes even worse reading.

No need to hide my posts just because I have had disagreements with you surely! Bit sensitive that, not as if it has ever got abusive or personal. Happy to admit I gave this guy too much of a chance and you were right from the start! Think it would be harsh to sack him on Christmas Eve..........hope it happens sooner.

Think you've missed a zero off mate! Shame the city doesn't have a venue called the tetracontagon as that would have been closer to reality!

It would help if you got the losses and draws the right way around. No way we have only lost 12 under this guy. We have lost 16 of the 41 league games he has taken charge of, winning 13 and drawing 12. 51 points from 41 league games! Just about safe over the course of a full season thanks largely to last seasons good finish.

Given that we had to apply by email in the first place, how difficult would it have been for the club to email back to all those that applied first for however many seats the Octagon holds, stating that they have 2 days to reply and accept the tickets or they will then go back into a pot on a first come first serve basis?

    Westwood to Weeds

    Sounds like a familiar problem........

    Westwood to Weeds

This may be true but hardly a fact to be applauded, losing a keeper for nothing to a club with genuine promotion hopes having paid him the contract that we agreed to give him for the past year for absolutely nothing.

    Westwood to Weeds

Just a shame about the 12 months we have being paying him for sweet FA!

    Alan Nixon

Maybe they did but lets be honest, DC has been reluctant to sell anyone unless his value has been met and his value may not be the market value - how many players have we sold for a fee during his tenure? Also, it may not be surprising if Westwood didn't want to leave if no other club wanted to match the salary we give him, can't blame him for that. We have wasted a significant amount of money on wages of players that have had no chance of playing for the past 6-12 months.

    Westwood starts u23

? Named on the team sheet as starting.

    Alan Nixon

Exactly, plus not sure why anyone would choose to pay a fee for him in January when they can get him for nowt in the summer. The time for putting him in the shop window was when Jos first too over, that ship has long since sailed.

Barry Bannon - unhappy at the club?

You are bloody obsessed with Bannan though, would have thought you would have nailed down how to spell his name by now!

    Booing at half time

You think the booing at half-time was a causal factor in our poo start to the second half? I would like to think that they couldn't believe they were winning at half-time either due to the fact they surely knew how poorly they had played. We were dire in the first half and not much better in the 2nd and were lucky not to lose never mind consider how we might have won the game. This was not due to the crowd but the poor tactics, formations and team selections that the manager chooses.

    Booing at half time

I think he meant it more along the lines that it was that particular 45 minutes was the straw that broke the camels back having endured much of the same for most of the season. Had we played decent stuff all season and gone in 1-0 up with that performance I don't think we would have been roundly booed so it wasn't based on that 45 minutes in isolation was it.

    Booing at half time

Don't think you need to partake to be able to understand the reasoning behind it.
