Honestly don't know how anyone can vote labour in this city. There an absolute disgrace and only get in because of all the die hard labour supporters who would rather have a leg off than vote anyone else in just because there dad and granddad voted labour16 points

cant stand labour council , we all pay appx £60 a year for the rubble at don valley as a result on the 1991 world student games that's 50 years each of us council payers x 50 = about £3000 . sold Sheffield airport for a quid 3 years ago if peel holdings didn't make airport work(what a surprise it didn't with 40million worth of land up for grabs for a quid. Sheffield council advertised in eastern Europe with phone lines etc telling all the romas to come here with free houses ,benefits ,vodka and come to our city of sanctuary . I can go on but cant be arsed . id personally do away with all mps councillors there all in it for themselves .16 points

Not sure when his Christmas break is over, probably next month but it'll be interesting to see how our fans react to him, honestly I'm absolutely sick of him and his poor attitude. Great player technically, probably on bar with Bannan for our most gifted player, But even when he's declared fit, he strolls around with his sleeves over his hands, head down, no reaction if we score a goal. That time when he was warming up and ignored Bullen and Weaver made me so angry. We've made him a millionaire and he's just completely took the mick out of this club since he refused to get on that bus in August 2016. No doubt he'll produce the odd moment of quality between now and May but I can't wait for him to leave the club. When you see that amazing interview from Urhoghide, it really puts into context how bad FF's attitude is and I can't be the only one who doesn't want to see him play for us again, I hope he leaves this window but doubt it, he's got 6 months of an easy pay cheque to pick up first.14 points

Anyone who follows local politics should already know that even without the Wednesday debacle the current Labour council should be voted out. The trees issue, It's Our City, poor planning for the upcoming referendum, trying to criminalise pensioners, Sevenstones, Business Rates forcing local traders out of the city, etc, etc...14 points

Monk's got a decent onion on his shoulders. Knows which end of the pitch we're weakest in (and Fletchers injury hammers home the point further) The debut of the boy Urhoghide was clearly Monk making sure he'd got someone in the locker ready to compete with Palmer for the slot before he made the decision. Odubajo will be on more lira than a lad in the U23's .....it's a no brainer. - That money can be freed up to sign a loan player of decent quality at the top end of the attack. Monk knows that this might well end up being a shiite or bust season and he's showing he means business. I for one applaud him.14 points

The whole thing has stunk from the outset. Ever since the fallout from the Steel City Derby, it has been patently clear that SYP, SAG and the Counsel were looking to deflect blame and make things as difficult as possible for the club. It went way beyond crowd safety and has clearly been motivated by blame shifting and politics. SYP knew they screwed up policing at the Steel City Derby and were unwilling to accept responsibility.13 points

Now let’s get costs out of them plus loss of earnings for all those tickets we haven’t been able to sell on the North Stand.13 points

He's backdated the share sale to 2018 and it's actually all her fault now.13 points

So we are being unfairly punished by Sheffield city council officers. As were Wednesdayite. Councillors need to do their job now and call them to account. Or we organise and vote in some who will.12 points

The long and short of it is SCC has always been anti car and as such people go to Meadowhall because everything is under one roof and your don't have to pay £10 to park there, add to that you don't have to worry about bus and tram gates and dead end bollard streets. The city centre is nearly dead and there is only one group responsible for it the Sheffield Labour Council, the funny thing is there are so many fools in Sheffield that keep voting them back in because they are working class miners, though most of the mines shut in the 1980's and a lot of the Labour voters only vote Labour because that what their parent did because they hate Maggy, again someone who most of the voters were not even alive when she was in power. Sheffield City Centre needs the people of Sheffield to wake up and realise the current council is not fit or competent for purpose - anyone who has to use Derek Dooley Way for work each day can agree with me for this, no work has happen in 4 months yet half the road is shut off causing big traffic jams daily that affect the whole of Sheffield. Its a good job they are not bring in any to do with pollution with most of it being of the council's causing……… Yes I know the final nail in the City centre coffin when taxi will no longer be able to go into the city centre with the £10 a day diesel vehicle charges coming in and what business that are left will soon leave if their delivery drivers have to hike their costs because they are to be charge £50 a day bus the biggest polluters of the lot the buses will be exempt from the charges.10 points

Can we just run the club on a sensible basis? Fed up of all this creative accountancy to paper over the cracks of previous mistakes.9 points

He's a bit of non-entity and has been for a while. A bit of a luxury item that occasionally shows up and then vanishes for several months. Having led a pretty nomadic existence, it seemed like he had finally found a home with us. As it is, it's felt like a bit of a loveless marriage ever since the whole bikegate fiasco.9 points

Just pretend you follow a giant of the game, have a huge chip on your shoulder, a persecution complex, and bipolar responses to winning and losing and you'll fit right in. Damn, that's too close to home innit....8 points

18 months left on his contract, being told you can leave and actually leaving are two different things. As we know, some players happy not to play and keep collecting the cash. There will hardly be a long list of interested parties given his form and not many are prepared to take a pay cut, especially after a significant injury as well.8 points

For sale... Loads of netting. One careful owner, maybe the odd boot print or a bit of goz. Otherwise as good as new. Contact SCC The Town Hall Sheffield7 points

Absolutely...You simply have to apply to the council...provide them with a DBS check....When they reply, the season will be over and you will find you p*ssed in a doorway in 1976... You then appeal.... The appeal will be subject to you providing a photo of yourself as you looked in 1976...(Try and provide one without yer to* dger hanging out) The court of appeal will then call you before 12 just men and true (All Blades fans).............. (if they can find 12 that fit that criteria) You will then either get a ticket on the North ...or The Judge..The right honourable Bladey Mc Bladeface will don a black cap.... And may god have mercy on yer soul7 points

Unrealistic to expect 100% of signings to come off. Given whom else we brought in during Bruce's short stint, there's no room to complain about this one.7 points

The UK really has a betting problem when you can bet on the destination of a youth player going out on loan, along with number of corners in a game, first throw in etc. Wonder what odds on Bannan having chips for his tea, 7/2?7 points
