I said this the other day, we need to invest in scouting like Brentford and Barnsley do... That besides we also need a manager that will play young players too, as Carlos loves his golden oldies. Loosens has been the lynchpin, leader and main organiser of a defence which has kept 16/17 clean sheets a season for 3 years in a row. So underrated by some of the morons on here. Ok so Westwood has played a big part in that too, but old Glenn doesn't get the credit he deserves. In saying that that we need a long term partner for Lees and frankly some depth.
