TheEnchanter
I have the feeling Sam would crawl over broken glass to play for us so it makes me happy to hear he's recovered well and is ready. Fantastic player.
Gilles De Bilde
I believe that he is the man to carry us up in to the premiership, that's if he can play 30 odd games this year.

Bing Cosby
It would almost be worth 5 years of medical school, 2 years a Junior Doctor and 3 years in surgery, just to touch Sam's groin.

Personally, I wouldn't look to start him every week, and if he has been out of the side with an injury and we've won 6 in a row, I don't think we should shove him straight back in to the team like we did last season. But he's certainly a very good player with a big part to play for us and I'd be very surprised if anybody actually wanted to see him go.
Gnarwolf
We're not his boyhood club but honestly think he has that sort of affinity for us now, true professional and always gives 100%, love how he speaks about the mental health issues in football so openly aswell, a real hero in my eyes. He's also very beautiful to look at.

Owl999
Great news, he'll be starting at CB this season unless the club sign one soon .
Dutch McLovin
Plays every game for me in midfield or at the back

Is that your opinion, or has Carlos said this? Personally I hope he is 90% a CB this season.
oldishowl
The problem when Hutch played centre back was we conceded set piece goals. We were a lot better when Loovens and Lees both played . Getting Loovens back in the team was just as much a reason for moving Hutch as getting Hutch into midfield This is why we are trying to sign a big , aggressive centre back . beloved_aunt
Loovens is on the decline and frequently injured anyway. Hutch should be handed the captaincy IMO.
joelswfc
Interested to see what kind of role Hutch is going to play this season. Was expecting him to be used as a CB but Carlos hasn't said it so not sure that will happen. If he's in a midfield 2 we must make sure Bannan/Lee play pretty advanced. I wonder if Carlos may just use Hutch away from home this season, and/or against the top sides.

Loovens and Lees was reasonable We were playing good football and losing to set piece goals when Loovens was missing We gave Brentford 2 goals from corners when Sasso was playing Of course having forwards who can come back and help is useful. I remember conceding from two corners at Derby but we had FF and Hooper up front so not a lot of help
