I want us to start with a manager (be it Carlos or someone else) who has had a chance for a full pre season programme, with any new signings having time to settle in and understand the system we will play, a fully fit squad all available, and the kit on sale. In other words the Club being 100% ready. Not getting to November and playing catch up. We've got to make us the team everyone is trying to catch from the start.
