Whatever the reserves do next Sunday, the First Xl go into the semi 1st leg euphoric from six straight wins. Compare this to last season where we stumbled over the line. In the four games running up to Cardiff we managed only 3 points. We have a settled team, with key partnerships flourishing, and a bench of staggering quality, packed with impact and solidity. We could not have asked to enter the play-offs in better shape. Whatever our personal preference for striker, CM or winger, we can't argue or improve upon six from six. And now two weeks to rest the likes of Loovens, Fletch and Bannan, and to recouperate Hutch and Nando. Oh, and Lee back as if he had never been away, only fresher than ever. Roll on May.
