Inspector Lestrade
If we get a gate over 30,000 against Fulham then we will have averaged over 27000 for the season. DC should be happy with that considering the cost of the tickets. Would have been interesting to know how many we would have averaged if the prices for the tickets cost say Five Pound lower. When was the last time we averaged over 27000? If we do get in the Premiership averaging over 30000 for the season should be achievable.
Mr Farrell
We should be well over 30k. Prices. Prices. Prices.
sweetsheri
Even better considering the capacity is 30,

joelswfc
If Chansiri can get an average of 27,000 at those prices I'm not sure he'll see the need for reducing them.

31Dec1966
Third highest crowd in the British Isles behind West Ham and the FA Cup semi final !! I know these figures depend on who else are playing at home but on any given Saturday we are around or actually IN the top ten crowds in the UK ! Cosidering the last 20 years and the high prices this is phenomenal. We are doing well now but we are not top of the league, playing brilliant football and having stupendous cup runs. To average over 20,000 over the last 20 years is staggering and testament to the wonderful fans we have. I have no doubt that if we go up we will fill the ground every week. TrickyTrev
If we get promoted, our average next season will be 35k, no problem.
Orlando_Trustful
And there was some people on here not so long ago saying we would never average over 30k in the Prem.

Belfast Owl 2
I've seen Blades slagging off our attendances Apparently they got 30k v Chesterfield while we only got 28k v derby and they bought 4k And our attendance v Newcastle was poo
aeroswfc
I think we will smash 30,000 against Fulham.
trev
Yup, if we go up it will be easily over 30k average. At least half the home games will probably sell out. First/Last game of season, Boxing Day/New Years/Easter Bank Holidays and the matches against the big 6 (if they dont coincide) will all sell out. Elvin Parsnip
The away followings added to our home crowds in the prem would be at least 33000 average

We woukd need around 2000-2500 more bums on seats to make up for the £5 per ticket reduction. Im fairly sure that wouldn't happen. I agree it is a spectacular success. Cant be many clubs with twenty-odd% growth in a single season. Bravo DC. You are simply transforming our wonderful club.
hypnosisman
If Wednesday get promoted into the Premier division Hillsborough will be full every week no matter the ground capacity. 39,000 won't be big enough in the future as the club grows.
