1. We have a one-dimensional manager who has completely lost his way, has bought many players but has no idea how to get the team to play to their strengths and is unable to inspire his players to a level above very ordinary.

 

2. The players, for whatever reason, are unwilling or unable to summon up the desire necessary to go out and win matches.

I'm baffled by all this. If we beat toytown on Tues we could be back in the top 6 (Fulham play Derby, which isn't easy) then we play a massive Easter game against Newcastle in a packed Hillsborough. The season is far from over, and we might just start to lift our game now we know we actually have to fight to win promotion.
