A manager who knows the club, has pride, passion, no favourites, isn't scared to give people a kick up the arse is needed and knows how to get out of this league. There are 2 options ready and waiting Megson and Pearson. Get one in till the end of the season, if they get us up then the job is theirs to lose, should they fail then a full tilt for Jakanovic( excuse spelling) should Fulham not go up. I've no doubt he'd do a better job with this set of players than Carlito. What we need is an impact manager, though, one with different tactics and ideas to confound our opponents.
