He scored loads more goals as part of a proper front 2. Can somebody publish them for all to see. The Birmingham game with Winnall and Rhodes up front produced our best score of the season. It looked good at it worked. As long as their morale has not been ruined by whats happened since then they should start every game and be given the full 90 minutes unless injured. I agree with this and i think they would both run the channels like Hirst & Williams use to do. I don't think we need 'wingers', rather wing backs who can cross. hunt's cross for Winnall was an example of this.

Ash77
Even David hirst might have struggled to score 15-20 in this side, our 'wingers' like wallace n reach aren't proper wingers who cross it often or well and our full backs dont either. We dont create many easy chances so only fessi looks likely to get double figures by often creating his own chances. Jordan rhodes is not a pacy off the shoulder skilful striker so needs it put in the danger area, with cc's tactics we're his worst nightmare and it was said as much before he signed. Start at least 1 proper winger in macca on his favoured right side and it may help somewhat, but the left side supply needs improvement too Edited February 25, 2017 by Ash77

19owl08
Clearly doesn't want to be here. Can tell from that penalty miss. I don't think we will see the best of him til next year. Purely because of the lack of activity in the first half of season.

The answer is obvious: On his day, he's one of the best, if not THE best striker in the Chamiponship. If Carlos doesn't change things, you can forget about promotion.
