Tell it straight

Recommended Posts

Were we bad?

Has this been on the cards for a few matches, Wigan etc?

We have an enviable strike force but they seem flat. Do they need time to gel or is it creativity a problem?

Is Carlos not playing to the strengths of his squad at his disposal?

Take the blue tints off and tell it straight?

With the wealth of talent we've got it's got to be fault of CCs negativity

We start matches at walking pace and then wonder why we have to chase some games

Ive said all along I'd give Carlos the rest of this season regardless but things will have to change for me to be completely convinced he's got what it takes to get us to the next level.

Too negative.

First defeat in a while.

We rode our luck at times during that good unbeaten run but you make your own luck. And we did by working hard and scrapping for those points without being convincing. But the shoe was on the other foot by the sounds of the second half. We gotta dig in and get back to working hard and sharpen up in front of goal. We don't make it easy on ourselves but despite the missed chance and disappointing home defeat, we're in a good position and need a positive reaction in the next game.

We need Lees back to rekindle his partnership with Loovens. We need to find a partnership or the right formula attacking wise. Perhaps this will be a needed wake up call? Gotta fight for every point and start games better. A rip roaring derby game up next could be what we need to roll our sleeves up or could go the other way. Either way, we're still in the mix and gotta take it on the chin and go again.

Played well for 45 minutes, playing crap for the first 45. Imo we haven't played as well as we can for a while now, wish I knew why. We are still in a very good position in the table and still clear of 7th position which is a massive plus. I just hate it when we throw away massive chances like tonight, 4th place would have been brilliant.

Sasso wasnt to blame for any of the goals yet youd drop him!! Lovens had a mare, hows about giving him s spell on the bench?!

We were never going to go up automatically, but we will 100% make the playoffs, absolutely sure. We have a better squad than Udders, L**ds & Reading, so we will either go up or Mr Chansiri will get shut of CC & bring Mr Eddie Howe to Hillsborough & we'll go up next year instead. Nothing to worry about.
