I'm not sure, from what I gather it seems to be a combination of the first teams league status, and their academy status, so if we went up we would play in the premier league under 23s and under 18s, which has 24 teams and is split into two groups, north and south. The club should really try to give us as much info about our academy as possible. Like I don't even think there is a table for them on the Official site, which is bobbar.
