So what does he do? Offers new contracts to arguably our two best players and pinches the Championship player of the month from our little neighbours. The way he conducts his business, without pomp or arrogance, is refreshing not just to Sheffield Wednesday but to football in general. A man should be judged on his actions, not his words. Some of the belltips giving it the big un and whining and moaning at every little setback should take a look around and learn to be a bit more grateful.
