Sam779
Journey is fine if you take tube: kings cross/st Pancras > Earl's Court on the Piccadilly line. Change at Earls Court and go to Putney Bridge. Should take 30-35 mins.
Lowieowl
Anyone an idea of time from Tottenham Court Road to Putney Bridge ?
Sam779
http://www.tubeplanner.com/ 40-45 minutes with no issues expected next Saturday.
Loppy
Get Victoria Line from St. Pancras to Vauxhall. Get train to Putney. It'll probably be quicker that way than getting the tube even if the tubes are all running.
punkskaphil
You have to add ten minutes of walking time onto that though.
alanharper
Don't do what we did last time and decide to walk up to Hammersmith tube station after the game instead of back down to Putney Bridge, thinking it only looks about 15-20 minutes walk and will save time not having to change trains to get to St Pancras from there - it was miiiiles and took forever. Dazblur
Yeah Hammersmith is really good for a few beers before the game cos there's loads of smart boozers there but it's a good mile and half walk back, Safe bet is to go tube via Earls court down to Putney especially if weather's pants, I might gives Parsons green a go and walk from there, Supposed to be some decent boozers there if anyone know?, Mannure v Arsenal early kick off be good to wet the whistle to,
Minty13
Worth downloading CityMapper app before you head to London. Gives you all routes, bus/tube/overground from your location to destination.

Understand parking around the ground ain't up to much so probably a station then make our way in? Football ground guide isn't much help; Parking close to the ground can be quite difficult as Jim Huegett informs me; 'please note that parking on the streets near to the ground is restricted to one hour 'pay & display' on matchdays. This isn't obvious from the parking meters and signage and the wardens are out in force on match day'. To compound matters these restrictions are also in place for Bank Holidays, Sundays and evenings up to 9.30pm, so it will be a case of finding some parking further away from the stadium. richowl
Cheers for that sam. any ideas what it's like to get out after the game? We've parked at Stanmore a few times for London games but it's 1hr+ to Putney Bridge. last time i went to Fulham was in their promotion year and went on the ICO
Sam779
Not a clue mate, never driven there. I'd say an hour+ to Stanmore isn't bad considering the time it'd take you to drive and park at Fulham including walking back to the car. Only difference would be cost depending on how many of you are in the car as the tube will be £12 each I guess.
