Once again not taking our chances cost us. No one seems to have the balls to shoot and take the game by the scruff of the neck. Crossing was very poor like it has been all season. Got to 80 minutes and it looked like we were happy to lose 2-0

Incredibly generous nobody could really justify a six never mind 7

Average defending yesterday, always worried when crosses arrive in our box (our back 4 are only satisfactory in the air).

Pudil was given the runaround yesterday, and was an easy pick to be subbed.

Midfield was OK, played very narrow yesterday and din't pay any dividends, a couple of decent runs from Reach, we need to be more dynamic in this area and seem to lack any real conviction to get to the bi-line and turn defences.

Up front no real service tbh, FF carved a few half chances for himself and Hooper got very little.

Overall we were average with a lot of possession but should have been ahead early on just not clinical enough and no 'killer instinct' combined with some lacklustre defending led to our downfall.

They were also very very lucky especially 2 key moments: CB saving on the line and their 2nd goal a scuffed shot that fell kindly.

Wallace 4 - I honestly didn't realise he'd come on

I know we're supposed to look at Dawson with rose tinted specs on but he is awful on crosses & that's causing issues. Just watch Hutchinsons reaction to their first goal. The second he didn't even attempt to save it til it had gone past him.

Im not blaming him, it's just he's not ready as he has no confidence. He seems different mentally to Wildsmith & will only get that similar confidence by playing matches but it's something we can't afford to give him.
