Sam779 Posted September 14, 2016 Share Posted September 14, 2016 Yes it can. I've been doing the same with mine for the first 2 home games of the season as I was OOA. The cost will be worked out from how much you paid for ST divided by 23; then the difference between that and the pay on the gate price will be the cost of the upgrade.
