McGeady joined to possibly make up for a lack of contribution from the injured Matias. We also turned Hunt and Hooper permanent. May depend on who else wants to jump ship. Nuhiu may still have a role to play, but is he content with one league start? Is there an Abdi issue to resolve? Can we finally shift some peripheral rubbish? But for a youngish player like Bus still needing to establish himself, he needs to get out. Bus and Dielna have just wasted 18 months of their career. Sougou's will be over before he knows it unless he shows some life. For Lewis, I'd have thought a part-subsidised loan to a lower-end champ club could be in everyone's best interests. I don't believe we've consolidated what we have here, not yet found the right blend. While you can always improve any position, we're not obviously lacking in any department. We could put out one of the best midfield's in the championship, if we can find a way of getting them on the pitch. While we've done OK, recruitment wise, so far it's been a bit of a mixed bag, which has left us with a bloated 33 man squad. The strength of the manager is in his coaching ability, and he has enough talent at his disposal to get even more from this current squad.
