Just renewed membership can't buy a Brighton ticket

Thanks for the reply, The problem has been identified ,bizarrely the system had 2 client ids for me both from 2009 1 which I have used since that date and one which must have been created in error and for some reason I bought my membership renewal under today.

 

So a public thank you to Alastair the ticket office manager who took  the time to call me and get this issue sorted. Good to see a member of the back room staff taking pride in doing a good job,
