Sorry, I thought that we needed to login to view offering materials as these cannot be distributed publically under FSA rules (investment advertisements). So I guess I assumed these would be behind a login of some sort.

Can't you take this somewhere else mate? Before another thread is ruined by the usual rubbish.

The aim: to unify and represent the support base as one entity
The objective: To heal division and seek out financial investment from within the City and from the worldwide fan base.
The method: An investment proposal, attractive to the larger investor and the general fan base.

Before posting something such as the above (unless I had an alternative agenda - or was just somebody who liked attention), I would check that WTID had not taken legal advice on the above, or maybe even advice from the FSA.
If I was advising them on the above (which I am not), I would have said that regardless of the legislation there is not enough detail for any investor to make a decision nor is there any obvious way for an investment to be made. Furthermore, they appear to have made a conscious decision to not answer any questions of a finance nature. Therefore, based on previous precedents, it is highly likely that the FSA would not take any legal action.
Indeed there are certain football supporter groups that gave far more financial information and received pledges running into millions without falling foul of FSA action.
I would also ask whether they had actually been in contact with the FSA and what the response was.
Furthermore, I would do all of the above in private so as not to cast any aspersions over anybody or any group when I didn't have all of the facts to hand.
Then again, I conduct my business with integrity.

before i questioned the agenda of someone who has been honest about who and what they are, I'd stop hiding behind a username taking cheap shots. Jog on dickhead.

If you knew as much as you claim you would realise that legal action is not the recourse under that specific rule.
The rest is safely PM'd
Finally, can I recommend sex and travel.
