Yeah that was a bloody diasterpiece! I'm normally a 'throw the instruction booklet out the window' type, but I dont get this 'Insert image', it goes to http://
Of course you need to add the rest of the code etc, but say I'm trawling google images, how the fook do you add into the url thing?
Or is it one of theses photo bucket deals?

The photobucket thing is if you want to upload a photo from your computer, then you'd copy and paste the direct link that it provides you with.

So I go to google images and type what I want, getting me this screen.
I then click the second image that gets me the the following.
At this point you can click the 'full size image' link near the top on the right - the link which then appears in the address bar is the one you paste into the box between the link icon and the envelope icon.

FFS Sam. You are like one of those professional golfers that 'demonstrate' how to hit a golf ball 300 yards straight down the middle.
"Just do this." Thwack. "See. It's easy."
"But it doesn't do that for me!"
"You must be doing it wrong. Let me show you again." Thwack.

Sorry Sam. I don't have any wise words. I just thought it was an interesting analogy.
But it looks like your message finally got through. I think I'll head to the golf course and thwack the ball 300 yards down the middle of the fairway now.

If you think conventionally , the wrists are not as important as the way a golfer uses their arms. Height is not as advantageous as you may think, with short people able to hit a ball almost as far as their taller competitors if they use the right technique. The shoulders relative to the spine, the arms relative to the shoulders and the wrists relative to the arms.
Maximum power should be used from the start of the backswing, but also build up the power throughout the swing, using full force by the time you strike the ball.
Let me know how you get on mate.

You really are a fountain of knowledge Sam.
However, I don't read instructions very well. Perhaps you could create a video which demonstrates the above technique and post it here for us 'high handicappers'.

I recall doing it once before with 'old' owlstalk, but I think it just involved posting a link in the post - memory isn't working like it should.
I have managed to embed a YouTube video into a post though. More luck than judgment but it still counts.
Edit: You should know that I haven't done it before Sam since you follow me around like a lonely lap dog,
