10 Points From Last 5 Games

It's not as black and white as that though is it

Defeats to Burton, Leeds and Birmingham, none of whom are going to finish top 6

We'll see if our play off hopes are realistic when we entertain Brighton next week

Us, Newcastle, Norwich and Brighton look like being the best 4 teams.

The other three yes, I'm not convinced about us yet.

We have better players than last season, but we aren't clicking yet

I don't remember us leaking so many bad goals last season

I think the Brighton game will show us where we are

Promotion form even though the bedwetters won't agree.

Roughly 1/5 of the season gone.

keep going like we are and its roughly 70 pts ,so maybe a little improvement is needed, but we are on track to be bothering the top six again.

Been a frustrating start to the season but a lot of the top sides will lose to unfancied sides this season it's that competitive. We just don't know what to expect next time out , but can't keep relying on late goals.

A look at the table however and we're 6 points off the top which is nothing , i think if we are no further back after the next game most at the start of the season would have jumped at that after 10 games. We expected Newcastle to be on 30 points.

I think we've gotten away with our shaky start fairly well so far due to others failings and if like last season we now begin a decent push and add in January i don't see why we won't be top 6 relatively comfortably.

Yeah, I think they will too, they have too many good players not to

A lot of sides that can't pick up points who have lots of good players have gone straight through the championship and ended up playing the dark side . They've got five points from six matches , all of them from draws . I can't see past Norwich for auto , anyone from about a dozen teams can fill the other five and I'm not convinced Newcastle will be anything but top six . Also it doesn't matter who we lose to whether it's rovrum or Norwich . As long as we average two points a match the alleged worst teams can spank us every time .

I think Blackburn away is also an indicator of our promotion hopes.

Away form still dreadful.
