Dazblur Posted September 26, 2016 Share Posted September 26, 2016 This time 3 year ago if a player played bad he was dropped for a player no better than him, Think back to having Steve Howard on loan etc, We now have quality way down the pecking order and should be no suprise with whom cc chooses to bring in/drop, There are fan favouries all over our squad and these posts of figuring out new team selctions/formations are symptomatic of a top quality squad, It hurts when favourite players get dropped, But we have never really been in this position since god knows when, If Forestieri is dropped for a home game it hurts, That's just my opinion but am sure people feel the same regarding a few others, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Carlos sees Buckley in training and reserve matches, but has started FF, Wallace, Abdi, Reach and Bannan on the wing, but not yet Buckley. So currently 6th choice winger, and the first 5 have hardly been putting in wonder performances. 34 minutes in 8 matches suggests Carlos is far from keen. I do agree though, that we want teo widemen, so any two from FF, Reach, Wallace and Buckley. Hope its not BB or Abdi. For me, Reach and FF. Both are great, and should be in squad for Blackburn but 4 -5- 1 , at least for first half Lee in front of Hunt so we can stop Marshall supplying. Hooper is quality and soon will bag a couple.
