DevOwls Advocate Posted July 30, 2016 Share Posted July 30, 2016 Can't claim to be a regular follower of U21s, but whenever I have watch in the last year, including today both full backs (Percival and Penney) have impressed me. Good touch, not afraid to get forward and deliver a good cross (unfortunately we don't always have the ammunition in the box to capitalize).
