Not a chance - custodial all the way. They will make an example of him too so he will get longer than if this was done to a stranger on the street and caught on CCTV.

A mate who sits with us in the North near to the Lep had to take his wife home 'cos she couldn't watch any more.

I know for a fact it's his number and not any innocent person and due to the fact that the police are requesting his apprehension i didn't think it would be a problem?

I witnessed a bigger problem earlier mate. The twaaat needs locking up!

As I say, the one saving grace is that there's not a chance this lad won't have the police knocking on his door tomorrow morning now. And hopefully - particularly considering his documented history - it'll swiftly be followed by a prison sentence.
