it sounds like it will be a waste of time, but he might just bring a spark into the forwards and give them the drive to push through till the end of the season lol :reda:

Mixed feelings for me, not exactly what we need but I'll be happy to eat my words if his goals and experience help us to promotion. It seems a bit like our laughable attempts to sign Benny McCarthy last season. Portsmouth specialised in these type of signings, some came off, many didnt. It's not exactly paying off for Doncaster either. We'll have to wait and see I suppose.

Robbie Fowler how ever you dress him up (cue the puns)

He has been there, Bought the t shirt etc.

Even in the dressing room he could be just that little push the players need to get them over the finish line.

Go back 12/24 months would anyone mention Fowler signing for us

Even if he comes on for the last 10 mins of each game and ignites that spark then he will be worth every penny

If we need a goal in the last ten minutes of a game.

Would you want to bring on Clinton, COG or Robbie Fowler.

Would give the place a boost.

You may as well say would you bring on Clinton, COG or Bobby Charlton.

The Robbie Fowler you're getting excited about disappeared in about 2005.

The one we're linked with has just scored 2 in 13 in the Thai league.

Very unfair to Clinton and COG.

And the real Clinton Morrison obviously disappeared before he joined Wednesday as well.

one one one with two minutes to go COG or Fowler?

You know what, for the run in the more players the better, and having experience of being at the top end can only help.

If he doesn't play much so what, as long as the others who do play feel pressure of competition it can only be a good thing.

Natural finisher to help with training too....yes please.
