Set pieces in general we are terrible at, attacking and defending. We have the height to be effective so it appears down to coaching, clearly not Danny's forte so why aren't any of the other coaches improving this area? Powell has had a good impact overall, but I wonder what Pederson does if he isn't working on set pieces.
We concede too many from corners and don't score any, it's clear as day this weakness could cost us survival. Danny needs to be asked about this as it's a major problem. And our long throws are an utter waste of time too, I knew yesterday when we kept getting them they would lead to nothing- why can't be just throw it short? Short passing and movement seems to be Danny's philisophy anyway, so it seems very contradictory to then persist with long throws- really don't get it.
