Mr D Chansiri needs to put his hand in his pocket and fix any issues that have been raised by the enginners. If heaven forbid anything catastrophic happened to the structure while under load and people got hurt or worse then there may be ramifications for him in terms of his liberty if it could be proven that he had ignored any structural or safety advice given. DC's bright idea to separate the ground and football club so that he could receive a rental income from it, so he has to live with the consequences of that decision unfortunately.
