  1. He took a gamble, it didn't come off. Now he's stuck with us and nobody else is interested in buying us. It is what it is. We don't want him and he has no respect for us.
  2. He's improved a lot over the season, he's fast, fairly skilful and not one to shirk a challenge. If we can work on his final ball there's a very good player there and we look a better balanced side with him and Palmer working together on that side.
  3. Not bothered if he goes or stays to be honest. He is not as good as he thinks he is. We can get better, preferably somebody left-footed.
  4. How do they consistently manage to be poor or average but have one bloke that scores loads?
  5. He is more crafty than he lets on. He gives off these "buffoon" vibes like Boris Johnson but I think that is all a cynical act on his part. He won't take advice or let anyone else make the smallest of decisions. Class 1 narcissist.
  6. How much of his tenure have we been under transfer embargoes or restricted purchases? Did he do that on purpose to keep the moths in his wallet?
  7. Wait till there's something riding on the game to see just how poor we can be, losing 4-0 at Huddersfield, who could do that, it's a month of goals for them in one game. Also didn't we "Bottle it big style" the last time we played you in a game with any meaning and you slaughtered us at our place earlier in the season. Although that was when we had the gimp Munoz picking and managing the team.
  8. Man, that's inflation for you, for a player who is only better than average but not a superstar and a reality check for anyone who thinks that DC will fund Danny to go out and buy some good players who can really compete at this level. Our glass ceiling will be mid-table and that would be an achievement.
  9. Bannan it has to be, but controversially as a close second who no manager could do without was Atde Nuhui. Now there's a big red flag for his haterrzzzz but it happens to be true.
  10. He has made all his plans for lower wage players and less of them in League one next season, Danny might just screw it up for him by staying up. "What do you mean you want even better players and a proper training ground to get promoted to the Premier next season?, you think I made of money?" "How much more you think I can charge my customers for tickets?"
  11. I was just remembering the "should we start with either of Windass or Johnson" thread. I was very definite in my thoughts: Leave it to Danny he knows best!
