  1. My take, sorry if I’m a killjoy: it needs to be raucous and hostile. Not celebratory.
  2. Even Biggs (I know he’s a Chesterfield fan but I do believe he writes favourably about United) was expressing how lucky they were with a 2 point deduction and avoiding future embargoes.
  3. Want a Coventry win. Unfortunately I think they’re done now. Getting battered by Brum the other week was pretty unhelpful of them too.
  4. It’s beyond that… some are genuinely suggesting corruption in our favour. Like the Blackburn keeper dud that deliberately
  5. Forest maybe trying to influence their appeal over the points deduction? Had a Forest fan on social media defending their tweet by pointing out they were victims of referee corruption in Europe in 1984
  6. If we drop back in next Saturday it’s vital Danny keeps their heads up rather than let it feel like a terminal setback
  7. Hope not. Could do with them beating Blackburn on Saturday. So a positive result v Hull for them is probably in our interest. Also would help ensure Norwich need a result at Birmingham on the last day
  8. True. Which begs the question why have Clattenburg on the payroll if you are not going to consult him on things such as this.
  9. Remember Forest have Clattenburg as an advisor for officiating issues. If he’s given the OK for that statement it makes it even more extraordinary
  10. Burnley were no better than them, just more clinical and with a better defence and goalkeeper
