Ipswich in their last accounts lost over £12 million. In the Championship, it’s expected their losses will increase to circa £17-£20 million a season. Their owners clearly have means, but ultimately FFP will scupper Ipswich if they don’t go up this or next season. And if they don’t go up, with FFP challenges, let’s see how good their model is then.

If I wanted to join 1867 group - I can't because I don't know who to approach If I protest by means of tennis ball / black balloon alone I could get banned, possibly for life. As an individual that would hurt but is he seriously going to ban 000's of fans if they followed suit. I doubt it. I get the jist of the overall aims of 1867 group are but what are the means of protest if no one knows you? Chanting "get out of our club" / "sack the board" isn't going to cut it. Strength of protest is in the numbers, surely?
