If he wants some quick cash from the fans how about he sells the stadium back to a fans group? Way more chance of getting a few quid out of people with that and way more security for the fans that do 'invest" We go into admin....a new owner picks up the scraps of what's left and then buys the stadium back off the fans. DC can't then hold a prospective new owner to ransom with an extortionate quote for rent and therefore create a stumbling block that could lead to playing elsewhere or even liquidation. Name your price for the stadium DC.
