Like looking at the current situation and thinking if I don’t have to bother investing in the Jan window as DR is doing well enough with what he has.

As mentioned on another thread. Millwall and Cardiff at home are the two results that have stuffed us more than others. Momentum lost at key moments. Today is when the other strugglers canter over the horizon. The good will towards DR will erode even though he has nothing to work with and we will have open warfare with DC soon enough. Rewind a year and you could see things start to go astray. DC unwilling to support DM in the Jan window. Look at the fortunes of Ipswich vs us and you have the case study for DC’s awful stewardship and making of our downfall. Realistically it will be well over a year before we are back in this league. Kind of feels like a waste of existence trying to support our club. Quarter of a century outside the Premier league and seemingly further away than ever.

Lovely end to a game most of us thought had slipped away from us. Great to see us have the ability to bounce back. This was the six pointer of the season to date and we have won. Brilliant smash and grab and the two scorers are doing so well of late. Well done Danny and the team. Few additions in Jan and we may get ourself out of this mess.

If only! Had anyone said we got four points from the past two fixtures then they would have got savaged on here. Typical Wednesday way-win and draw what should be givens we would loose. Just hope this is the start of a run of form. Would be great to claw some points in before Xmas and give ourselves hope. Well done today, keep it going!!

All it will take is a league 1 playoff-style team talk from DC and we Will soon be leaving most teams in our wake.

I would love to see Jos get a proper run with this expensively-assembled squad.
