  1. He’s probably got a greater chance of keeping this team up than most because he’s done it many time with worse teams . I can’t see many other managers out there better at just getting stuck in and picking up points when that’s all that matters . survival this season is key.
  2. If we do make the change . would people be happy for NW until the end of the season to try and keep us in the championship?
  3. Nobody better at keeping teams up everything else doesn’t matter it’s a no brainer …
  4. I think saying we’ll be ok is probably wishful thinking . most teams have strengthened, it could be argued at this point we’ve become weaker . it’s better to have too much for the league run in than not enough and fall away . I hope we make a few signings to freshen up the squad and gives us abit more depth. we do lack pace upfront.
  5. You’d think we’d have other options and not just hoping on one player we really want to sign ending up here.
  6. I think the run in will depend on recruitment . if others are getting stronger and we’ve lost our best centre half it’ll be tough to stay on a long run. just got to hope he’s got players ready to bring in that could make the difference . all that aside, he’s done well recently and you can’t deny the fact they were brilliant last night. more of the same please.
  7. It’s difficult to see how a system is working when you’re getting outplayed at home with a negative formation and tactics. it’s also worrying when a manager then praises the system in question and states it only got changed due to injury. if we’d stuck with the team at HT and the same tactics we’d have been beaten easily. doesn’t seem to know his best team or play attacking at home, more a sense of dare not lose than win the game. let’s hope it changes.
  8. Hopefully we get both, all about options in this league. Seems to have gone quiet on sims
  9. Anyone think it was the Wolves player on loan or sims and not both?
  10. The sad thing is a half decent run would probably be enough to keep us up. It must happen now if a change is going to be made to give us any chance of staying up. even then it may not be enough
  11. NT isn’t the problem but he’s also not a manager. The only solution from here would be to get a candidate in before the weekend and do quite a few deals on deadline day which hopefully keep us up . more importantly a long term scenario if we don’t stay up that it’s the correct manager in place to bring us up and get rid of the bloated squad we have. I thought that was cook. DC obviously didn’t but the Coventry result may have changed his thinking regarding candidate and contract length. if it means keeping us up what’s a long term deal that can easily be broken in the grand scheme of things.
  12. Need to have some sort of long term planning because with no planning if the probable does happen which magician is bringing this team back up? Should’ve made an investment in cook and seen what happens. because we know what will happen without a manager for much longer.. certain relegation.
  13. It’s a no brainer really if we stay up it’s a bonus if we don’t we rebuild and go again with a manager who’s won promotion from there before.
