The band

We're supposed to be WAWAW and yet, even on a day like Saturday, some fans sat around the band consistently verbally abused them and in particular targeted the old man (90 year old) who had come out of retirement for the day to provide this support.

I don't care what anyone's view of the band is, this is absolutely disgusting and uncalled for behaviour against one of our own. It has to stop.

I think the neanderthals that do this are far more of an embarrassment to our fanbase than the band

It's a great shame some guys give it their best for the absolute benefit of the team/fans/atmosphere (as I previously posted I was literally 5 seats away from them) but only manage to get dissed by keyboard warriors grow up were all Wednesday aren't we.

I agree but you don't get the same kind of reaction from our fans to this unacceptable behaviour as you would do with the constant criticism of the band, which, in my opinion, I believe to be the minority group,

Grandad ... you are incorrect in comparing these morons to Neanderthals.

Evolution moved forward with the Neanderthals,

it is in reverse with these morons.

We have to accept that in any group of 40000 individuals

there will always be the odd ones that behave like this, and I

include anyone's inexcusable behaviour and comments

particularly with regard to the two elderly ladies who

had difficulties in standing up and seeing the game.

Who know these old gals may have been supporters for

decades.

We don't need morons at the game or their comments

on this board ... and please let's not have freedom of speech

or comments brought up again ... that really is not the point.

You could not be more wrong.

Our fans come up with the songs. Our fans practice the songs.

Our fans promote the songs.

Our fans deliver the songs.

The band copy the songs (out of tune).

The band play over the songs.

The band gift the songs to others.

UTO

Well I disagree, SO THERE!

Gifting Wednesday songs to England again

Im choosing to think they're being deliberately ironic by doing a song about a Scotland international to support England. Edited by Loppy

Determined to get it going aren't they? What do you reckon it is? 'We've got Jamie Vardy'?

It is alli, I've been asking around. Apparently spurs sing it as well. I've never heard spurs sing it but hey.

They got it right against Brighton at home too, criticised them in the past but they started songs off, then let the crowd take over.

Good on 'em.

They "piped up" on the very few occasions things went a bit flat as well.  Plus they (for those two games at least) stopped playing over other chants that were already going.
