In the late 70's three of us from rrotherham tried to get in romeo and juliets, at the time the clubs wouldn't let anyone outside Sheffield in. Bouncer says to me 'where you from' - Tinsley - 'what bus do you catch to get into town' - 69 i says, asks my mate and he says woodhouse 52. He then asks the 3rd who says ' same as them two mate'. A couple of clips later and were looking for somewhere else to go.

Why do you need a hull address? Surely it's plausible that a hull fan might live in Sheffield?

...but when the 79th Tigers fan from Sheffield this afternoon goes up to the counter and asks for 6 of the most expensive tickets available in an unrehearsed Ull accent, then they might just twig...

Maybe not..!

It'seems interesting that their remaining tickets are in more expensive areas, whereas we sold these areas out first.

(Posted by someone who went for the cheapest possible tickets)

Thats because all of Hull is on the dole ,and their benefits would`nt stretch to the expensive seats.

My mate has just drove to Hull and got 3 tickets, as of 1 o clock, there were only allowing 3 per person and you needed a local postcode.

No idea how many tickets each those I know who have been to Hull, but I hope they don't get their collar felt and ejected on Saturday.   I couldn't believe it when they said they used the same postcode / address one after each other!

Done it in work time too, rearranging a delivery to fit in with their schedule.

They are probably more than aware it's happening.

But don't care as they are raking in £3 per ticket booking fee, and it's making their sales numbers look slightly less embarrassing.
