David1867
Just seen on Twitter that young hirsty is away with england this weekend. It's a shame as I reckon he could have been on the bench against wolves.
Sonny
He's still a kid - best off playing with his age group for England than away at Wolves in the championship. People really need to calm down a bit.
FlyingOwl
So he's not overtaking Gary Hooper cos he scored against Barnsley?

TheEnchanter
The expectations at this club would probably cripple most (and have). Would be best if we just forgot about him for a bit!

Blatter
Too young and not strong enough yet to play against a team like Wolves. Give him a year or two
Wolfmanjack
Just seen on Twitter that young hirsty is away with england this weekend. It's a shame as I reckon he could have been on the bench against wolves.I've only seen the odd YouTube video, and various photos people have posted on here, and he looks like no more than a schoolboy. He may be better than some other kids of his own age, but could you honestly imagine him getting a touch of the ball against the likes of Danny Baath? james o connor
I love how because he scored a few goals for the under 18s and his name he should be chucked in. He's nowhere near ready, and unlike most here I've actually seen him play.
Ronnie Starling
Look at Jack Stobbs the other season. He had had a great season for the u18s and u21s but when it comes to the real deal he looked like a young boy against men. Let the boy develop naturally. parkerowl
Danny Batth would ruin him Saturday, man against a kid at moment.
Salmonbones
I don't advocate playing young Hirsty for a moment, but to say he would not get at least a moment's beating of Batth is harsh on a kid we haven't seen play yet. Look at what Dozzell did against us recently? Now do many on this board remember Jason Dozzell, his Dad? Edited May 3, 2016 by salmonbones

Semedo's ferret
He would have figured this season if we'd not had the buy out.
Guest Grez Bez
What's Stobbs doing? Why is he never out on loan?
Last_Great_Hope
People need to let this go and let him develop at his own pace. He's only just turned 17 ffs!

longreach
People need to let this go and let him develop at his own pace. He's only just turned 17 ffs! You can just imagine it can't you, people clamoring for him to be included in the first team, George then not playing to their exacting standards and receiving the dogs abuse on here that some players get. The Realist would be wanting him sent back/ sacked/terminated after his first game. Let the lad develop, he doesn't need the pressure yet.
