HossChops
you used his full first name, that's all. It's what he prefers when I call him in for his tea that's all.

BigOwl
Shocking decision to put Alan Shearer in goal though. Far worse to put Inman into midfield. He's bound to run into space shouting "I'm free"!
Holmowl
Hooper must be a happy chappie with us. Hes got Fernando setting him up left right and centre, Bannan finding his runs with rediculous thru balls, Wallace providing inch-perfect chips into his path, two ovelapping full backs, and Nuhiu battering defenders like a pinball. And along comes Aiden McGeady, known to provide bags of assists. Bet he cant believe the chances he is getting.

Holmowl
Interesting thread on the Norwich Pink'un forum, "Should we have sold Hooper?" Worth a read to hear their views on him now he has gone. One day I must learn how to put a link on here.

Holmowl
Do it today I will get one of my kids to show me how. Interesting to read their views on Hoops. Mostly complementary. Having seen him since he got upto full speed, I cant see why he would not succeed in the PL. He is such a natural goalscorer. Goals of all types, from 25 yard bullets to penalty box goals to tap ins and rebounds.

As has been said before, Hooper was our best finisher. He may well fire Wednesday back to the Prem at our expense. You couldn't make it up. HossChops
I absolutely slated him at the beginning. I mistook his lack of fitness as a general lack of motivation. I was sincerely wrong. Bise was right. £6 million for him and FF in comparison to recent transfers literally seems like a great train robbery.
