Starting with current season... 0 goals in 4 apps 6 / 40 15 / 34 2 / 20 1 / 19 9 / 41 6 / 29 So 39 in 183. 15 in 95 in the Prem. We remember him fondly cos his one freakish spell was at S6. Simply not.going.to.happen I'm still not letting go.Remember, DC is utterly and seriously loaded. Maybe he will be cautious, but maybe he will be sensing a very real opportunity. If you were him, and 5th to 7th around Xmas, and you wanted a real crack at the Prem, would you be looking long and hard at a 25 year old goal machine who never gets injured, at around 14m? I can't think of a single other player that ticks all 3 boxes of young, proven and not prone to injury. I think you are wrong. I think they will want him. Wickham was played wide in a front 3 whilst at sunderland which obviously doesnt suit him. Dont really know where palace have played him but he seems to be struggling to get games. I do think that wickham is a top end striker in this division and think that played up top in a 4 4 2 would probably get 15-20 goals per season. If i had the choice of mccormack 12 mil and 40k per week, rhodes 14mil and 45k per week and wickham for 500k loan ( til end of season ) and 50k per week id be tempted to go for wickham Got to be Rhodes.
