shandypants
If we can win against Blackburn on Saturday then we will make ground on at least two of the top six. Brighton play Birmingham. Hull play Derby Also, Cardiff play Burnley, therefore, us winning either allows us to move away from Cardiff, move closer to Burnley or both. I hate using the clichéd term but Saturday is "must win" if we have any designs on a top six finish. shandypants
So this means we won't win That's what has tended to happen in the past. Let's hope that we can break that cycle.
daveyboy66
As long as we are averaging 2 points a game drawing one won't be the calamity that the OP thinks...our home form will see to that

Holmowl
I think Blackburn away, in their first home game under lambert is a stinker. He was a top player and has shown he is a good manager. They will be well organised, rejuvenated, and they have a fantastic striker! Happily take a draw, and move on. I think this is as tough as any fixture up to Christmas. FlyingOwl
I'd take a draw, only because of the fear of Jordan Rhodes...rather than Blackburn. Blackburn would be much closer to the bottom, perhaps relegation candidates, without Rhodes. Capable of winning though if we do a job on Rhodes. BRUCE LEE
We'll have to get atleast 2 to win Rhodes will get the mandatory goal

Didn't you say "must win", surely that means it's a calamity if we dont? Oh yes. I phrased that somewhat unfortunately. Ok, it's not calamitous but we could really do with winning if we want to aim for the top six. Fvvcckking pedants!

mozzy85
Won't be an easy game but could win it really. Thought we'd smash Charlton though and look what happened there. Would take a point although I'd be a bit gutted really. Guess that's the price you pay with renewed optimism.
