Freshfish Posted October 9, 2015 Share Posted October 9, 2015 I think it is very evident he works hard on understanding the opposition...and it's pretty clear there are very few UK managers who would have that work ethic or ability to avoid distractions...and only a hand full who would actually be comfortable to be in Sheffield so long and away from family. It's the kind of attitude that instills respect in the players and he understands the fact he will make mistakes and work hard to put them right and not make them again...
