Guest Charlton
I would love SG to bring in Lambert. He is out of sorts at Liverpool and is a goal machine. Maybe if Watford go up, McGugan could get Deeney to come to us too. Here's dreaming!

Hawkeye
Will be snapped up by a Premiership team in summer. Will have an offer from all the promoted teams, and all the bottom half at the very least.

I mean he's complete rubbish innit.
F. Spiksley
'out of sorts' & 'goal machine' you say? Nothing to see here, move along down the line
Musn't Grumble
That "out of sorts" Messi is also showing a bit of a dip in form. Perhaps he could come to Wednesday, too?
southportdc
He's a Liverpool fan. Would you leave Wednesday in the Premiership to go to a championship side?
gurujuan
Thing is, we're all speculating about these high profile signings, but there's no indication we'll be attempting to do that sort of business. We weren't even able to agree a fee with Watford for McGugan, even though they want him out and he wants to come. Hopefully we can bring in some quality in the summer but I wouldn't be surprised if it's a lot more low key than many are expecting.

gurujuan
If there's any truth in the Noone rumour, it looks as if we might be consolidating our mid table position, rather than going for it in any meaningful way Ties in with what the new owner says as well. I think we all need to be a bit realistic about what we'll do in the transfer market
