The BBC Genome is a project to archive the complete TV an radio listings printed in the Radio Times since it was first published in 1923.

Unfortunately this doesn't mean those listings give a link to old recordings - most of them were deleted years ago or not even recorded in the first place.

But the search function is great and shows loads of Wednesday related programming. 've picked out some of the best listings that I'd give my right arm to see/hear!

Kivo, do you have any permament store for this sort of stuff?

I feel like the effort you go to to find and compile this stuff should be preserved better than simply posts on Owlstalk (which can obviously fall into obscurity, be deleted or even just lost by the system).

Does anyone remember that BBC documentary Alan Hansen did in the early 00s, titled 'Flying Too Close To The Sun' or something similar?  Was a section about us on it, seem to remember he did a thoroughly depressing interview with Kevin Pressman about how we had fallen from grace.  Tried to find it for ages, but had no luck.
