Whitechapel Owl
I hope this doesn't start another War of the Roses on here like the Megson thing a few years ago.
southportdc
That Brighton goal though. Enjoyed that.
FreshOwl
Can't believe he got 5 year's employment out of us. Taking the estimate of £5k per week. 20k a month 240k a year 1.2M over five years
Stoop
He looks a really good player when he's on it, but when the going gets tough he completely goes into hiding
Earlsfieldowl
He'll probably set off on fire before fading. Its what he's done for most of his career. Agreed - story of his career
poite
He's better than maghoma
Earlsfieldowl
Might be on my own here but I prefer him to lee He has more potential but not the work ethic or commitment required at this level - disappears for far too long. A very frustrating player Lee is more limited but always gives 100%
oldishowl
Giles Coke upsets me more than some of the players we have moved on because he had the assets to be a good player for us but too often just could not be bothered.
Bluesteel
Has all the attributes but not the consistency during games. Goes missing too much. Best of luck Giles
BigOwl
Good luck at Bolton to the invisible man So that's the answer to the question 'who will get a new contract'! Both Coke and Madine have left the building as they are out of contract in the summer and are on loan until then. It's a good way to save money on players who wouldn't have featured again

RichieB
Bloody hell were getting a new pitch, scoreboard, AND Giles Coke has left. What a day
oldishowl
what attributes, seriously? invisible attributes, invisible player Basic football attributes. He has a decent first touch and is one of the most two footed players we have had for a while. Saw him take corners with both his right and left and not many players at any level can do that. Decent athlete as well but not tough enough mentally and went missing too often
WalthamOwl
When he signed in his first 5 or so games he looked great, been crap since apart from the odd half decent performance. If this move is anything to go by Maghoma will end up at Chelsea. Edited March 5, 2015 by WalthamOwl
SallyCinnamon
Decent when he wants to be but that is the same for a lot of players in the squad at the moment. Struggles with consistency- therefore needs to be moved on. Crazy he's been here 5 years, silly really, never been good enough other than the odd glimpses. Would have always benefited us more if we kept Chris Lines and got rid of Giles Coke.
Ronio
Good move i think, deal suits both parties. Good luck Cokey. It looks like we are planning for next season already.
