scilly owl Posted February 5, 2015 Share Posted February 5, 2015 When he found out that I travel up to watch the Wednesday from The Isles Of Scilly he got his P.A. to contact me, arranged for a ground tour, met all the players, and when I was having my photo taken on the pitch Milan comes striding down the players tunnel, walks up to me with his hand extended and thanks me for all my support ! Spent about 20 minutes with him during which time anyone could tell that he is a top top bloke who loves the club and who REALLY appreciates the fans. No surprises there but, there are plenty of stories that show many people don't get it. Happy punters and a successful team means we all win. Why? Told him we were shiit upfront, he replied saying we need to put our chances away. True story. Didn't shake his hand as he'd just pissssed on his fingers.
